There are lots of other sunscreens that use zinc oxide, and that’s a good thing. But what about their other ingredients, like chemical fragrances that make the formulas pleasing to your sense of smell, but are really harsh chemicals that can damage your skin. Some are even known to be carcinogenic.

Ante-Sun™ keeps things as natural as possible, using only necessary ingredients. And the formula doesn’t contain water. Instead, it contains aloe vera, legendary for its ability to soothe and heal skin.

What are the down sides to the Ante-Sun™ formula? It has a shorter shelf life (keep it in the fridge between uses), and it doesn’t smell like one of those tropical cocktails with an umbrella in it. In fact, it smells a bit like aloe vera.

Since there are no texturizing chemicals added to help the lotion spread easier, it takes a bit more rubbing to smooth it in. Of course, if you’re taking turns rubbing it in with a special friend, this can be a real plus!
